Build QC folder from existing data

Quick question - is it possible to build the qc folder given existing output? I would like to quickly assess the performance of deepseg across 40 scans, but stupidly forgot to run with the qc option originally. D’oh!

Hi Jon,
unfortunately it is not “easily” possible now (it would require to build a small script that calls the python QC module). But it definitely sounds like a nice feature request. Opened here.

Hi Jon,
to follow-up on this, SCT 4.0.0-beta.4 now has a new function sct_qc, which can generate QC report retroactively :slight_smile:
