Hi. I already got to know you are working on a pediatric spinal cord template. As I am working with neonatal data, I would like to know when this atlas is expected to be usable. Moreover, I would like to know whether another atlas different from PAM50 can be integrated in the SCT pipeline. Finally, is there already an existing pediatric template/atlas ?

Yes, everything is explained in the issue which I referred to in the above question.
Finally, is there already an existing pediatric template/atlas ?
As discussed in the issue, there is one, but it is currently not integrated in SCT.
