Anatomical MRI in prone position

Dear Spinal Cord MRI community,

I was wondering if there were any data available of spine MRI anatomical (structural), specially the conus area) in the prone position, instead of the more easier to acquire supine position. If not, if you had any tips in for the acquisition. (Basically we would like to measure the differences in the position of the spinal cord within the CSF in prone vs supine positions.
Thank you in advance!

Best,

Sergio

Hi Sergio,
I am not aware of such data. They might be tricky to acquire because of breathing-related motion. Sequences robust to motion (eg T2 SPACE, VIBE, PROPELLER) might be advisable
