Finding spinal cord data

Hi Everyone,

(I’m not sure I chose the correct category).

I’m new to SCT and I am looking for a dataset to analyze.

I’m hoping for axial slices of the entire spine (except possibly the coccygeal region) showing the spinal cord and subarachnoid space within the dural sac. The denser the slicing the better.

I only need data from one patient, so long as the spine is normal (no stenosis) and the patient is an adult (preferably 20-50).

I can seem to find axial slices of particular regions, and sagittal slices of the entire spine, but no axial imaging of the entire spine.

Any references would be appreciated.

Hi Dave,

Thank you for reaching out. Sorry I’m not aware of such a dataset. For trying out SCT I suggest using the spine-generic dataset.
