Hello All,
Some of you may have heard of the iCAP (innovation driven co-activation patterns) analysis toolbox developed by the miplab at the EPFL (iCAPs Toolbox ‐ EPFL). It is a dynamic functional connectivity analysis method where you can disentangle the spatial and temporal information and have a detailed look at how each cluster evolves over time or together during rest or task! Its been used mostly in the brain (typical
), but there are a couple papers out there of people using it in the spinal cord. I have translated the toolbox from matlab into python to help bring it to a wider audience and hopefully make it more accessible to different research labs!
Please access the tool box here (GitHub - scottensel/iCAPy · GitHub). Let me know if there are any issues and I will do my best to fix whatever it is. I hope this toolbox can help to evolve the biomarkers we find within the spinal cord and push spinal cord fMRI into more researcher’s minds.
