Are there any automated MRI quality-control (QC) or artifact-detection tools that work on brain MRI scans that also include spinal cord coverage (i.e., brain + upper cervical cord in the same volume), so we can automatically flag motion/ghosting/bias-field/low SNR and similar artifacts?
Marco
Hi Marco,
Not that I’m aware of, unfortunately. If you’re interested in collaborating to building such a tool, my team could work on it and you could be one of the data provider (incl. Likert-scale ground truth of data quality for each volume). If you’re interested, please contact me in private.
Best,
Julien
