How to solve the segmentation failure?

The ‘dmri_dwi_mean’ image does not look like a ‘pure’ DWI image. There seem to be some visible tissue. Maybe the bvalue is exceptionally low? Or the bvec/bvals do not correspond to the proper DWI and b=0 images?
As a first debugging step, could you please show us the Terminal output of
sct_dmri_separate_b0_and_dwi -i dmri.nii.gz -bvec bvecs.txt
Also, could you please upload here the bvecs.txt and the bvals.txt files?
