Computed MTR resulting in dark image

Hello Julien,

I am working on the project computing MTR of the spinal cord from C3-4. I have a few questions.

First, when I did process computed MTR … when I opened MTR.nii to check it is dark image.
Second, I am not sure which the command tool to extract MTR of the whole cord C3-4 … I hope you could help me with this…

Hi Suradech,

  1. It’s probably just a problem of dynamic range in your image viewer.
  2. The following command:
sct_extract_metric -i mtr.nii -l 50 -vert 3:4
