Confused label for cervical spine with DCM

I hope to be received support from SCM group.

1. The image is an MRI of a patient with severe Deformitive cervical myelopathy due to cervical disc herniation and spinal stenosis. I intend to define the CSA however when I execute the command sct_label_vertebrae it is not in the correct anatomical position (attached).
   I am looking forward to receiving support from the group to solve this problem (I only have DICOM files t1 saggital, t2 saggital)

Hi,

It looks like the automatic labeling failed. I suggest you do a semi-manual labeling, see the tutorial.
