Could SCT label the DTI image

(1) I want to label the vertebrals on DTI image,Could SCT do this well ?
(2) what’s the difference between the sct_label_utils and sct_label_vertebrae?

it depends if discs are well visible or not. If acquisition is sagittal (or with enough I-S resolution) and the discs are well visible, then it should be possible.

(2) what’s the difference between the sct_label_utils and sct_label_vertebrae?

sct_label_utils: toolbox for creating labels (manually, with the GUI, or with inputs from a labeled segmentation).
sct_label_vertebrae: automatic (or semi-automatic) tool to output a labeled segmentation.
