CSF segmentation

Hello Spinalcordtoolbox team,
Is it possible to perform segmentation of the CSF similar to the spinal cord tissue. I saw some previous threads discussing the same, but did not get anything concrete yet.

Hi Pawan,

Currently the only available tool is sct_propseg with option -CSF, but it is not very robust. We are actively working on an alternative solution, which will hopefully be available in the near future (ETA for beta testing ~3 months).
