Thanks for you feedback. This installation issue might be related to your CPU model as explained in this link.(https://github.com/neuropoly/spinalcordtoolbox/issues/2562). Could you please follow the instrcution here: https://github.com/neuropoly/spinalcordtoolbox/issues/2562#issuecomment-571166831 and let us know the result of the command ‘sct_check_dependencies’ ?
