Display axial T2w images on axial direction using sct_label_utils

I tried to label the compression sites manually identified on the axialT2wimages. But use the command sct_label_utils, it display the axial T2w images on the sagital way. Is there some way I label compression sites？

Hi,

Indeed, sct_label_utils -create-viewer reorients to sagittal by default. That function was not really designed to display axial view. You have two options:

  • use right/left keys to navigate sagittal planes and identify compression site that way
  • use another image viewer (eg FSLeyes) to create those labels
