Distortion of the warp field in traumatic spinal cord injury MRI

Hello SCT team,
I work with the MRI data acquired from the individuals with traumatic cervical spinal cord injury. I was able to perform the whole analysis following the SCT coursework material, youtube videos, feedback from Dr. Cohen and team, and other forum questions. Thanks for that. I just presented my initial findings in the meeting and it was well received.
When I am trying to warp the template around my spinal cord images, I see distortion. I understand the distortion might be coming as the spinal cord is injured there. Would it be possible to look into the warp filed I am getting and associated files? It will help me in refining my steps as I plunge more into this data.

Thank you,
Pawan
