How to extract contrast value from texture analysis?

After running sct_texture_analysis, I produce several pictures. I wonder if I could use sct_extract_metric to get the value exactly, such as contrast value.

Hi,

sct_analyze_texture produces a bunch of images. If you wish to quantify extracted textures within specific tracts, regions, slices and/or vertebral levels, you can use sct_extract_metric, and use one of the texture image as the input. Example:

sct_extract_metric -i texture/t2_contrast_1_0.nii.gz -l 50
