Identify Spinal Cord MS Lesions

Hello,

We work with MS patients and we would like to identify spinal cord MS lesions in T2 MRI of the spinal & thoracic cord.

Hi,

You can use the function sct_deepseg_lesion to detect lesions, and then sct_analyze_lesion to compute statistics (number of lesions, their size, etc.)

Do you happen to know if there is an option to compare between two MRIs and highlight the lesions differences? i.e mark the new lesions & old lesions, etc.
