Installation failed MacOS high Sierra

Can install SCT on MacOs High Sierra, need help pls :slight_smile:

Hi @Co_Trc,

Could you please open a new terminal window, then run the following commands?

cd ~/Downloads
curl -L0 https://github.com/spinalcordtoolbox/spinalcordtoolbox/archive/refs/tags/5.6.tar.gz -o test_5.6.tar.gz
mkdir ~/test-sct-5.6/
tar -xzf test_5.6.tar.gz --directory ~/test-sct-5.6/
cd ~/test-sct-5.6/spinalcordtoolbox-5.6/
./install_sct -y

These commands will test whether this error happens with a ā€œfreshā€ copy of the SCT v5.6 source code.

Thank you for the update! Iā€™m sorry to hear that the installation still is not working for you.

I have one more set of steps to try:

cd ~/test-sct-5.6/spinalcordtoolbox-5.6/
./install_sct -iyv

Could you please run these commands, then see if you still run into an error?
