Looking for actual implementation for deep learning models for lumbar

I am interested in actual implementation of deep learning models for lumbar data, such as extracting features of lumbar MRI.

I posted the following question:

and I looked the URL provided in the answer, but could only find one article regarding lumbar.

Are there any actual implementation of lumbar MRI processing with deep learning?

I’m very sorry for the slow reply. Yes, there is a lumbar segmentation model available (v6.1):

sct_deepseg -i IMAGE -task seg_lumbar_sc_t2w
