We are happy to announce the release of SCT v5.0.0.
Outstanding changes for this major release include:
- A new website: https://spinalcordtoolbox.com/
- Introduction of
sct_deepseg: a centralized function for all deep learning segmentations. It will progressively replace other functions for segmentation (sct_deepseg_sc,sct_deepseg_gm, etc.).
