Dear SCT users,

We are happy to announce the release of SCT v5.0.1.

This release provides a patch for v5.0.0. The key issues addressed by this patch include:

  • Installation failure for macOS due to missing required libomp library.
  • sct_run_batch unable to execute user script due to incorrect permissions.
  • Broken -append argument for the sct_process_segmentation script.

Hi @jcohenadad,

I’ve been using SCT v4.2.2 for a while, so time to upgrade! :slight_smile:

I just installed v5.0.1. FYI - while the installation was successful, I took a screen shot of an error that was outputted by the scripts… something apparently related to fonts.

Thank you for the feedback. Does SCT work properly otherwise? E.g., what is the output of sct_testing?

Hi @jcohenadad - yes, otherwise the installation of 5.0.1 appears to be working properly. The output of sct_testing is all OKs. -Rob
