SCT usage/installation on Compute Canada

Hello SCT team,

Just was wondering if SCT was already installed within a module on the Compute Canada servers or not, and if so, under which module (I scrubbed through the ones available, and none popped out as likely having it).

If its not already present within a module (or elsewhere), would it be alright if I set up an installation within the servers based on the most recent GitHub version?

Hi Kalum,

Thank you for your post. SCT is not already installed on the cluster-- I suggest you install it in your home, and yes, pick the master’s branch (so you can update it along with the latest developments).
