Can I calculate the SNR using “diff method” on DWI data? If so, then how to do it?

Hi Hussein,
The ‘diff’ is based on the subtraction of two volumes, so you need to make sure these two volumes were acquired with the same imaging parameters. Eg: you can run it on two successive b=0 volumes, or on two successive DWI scan using the exact same b-value and diffusion gradient orientation.
